Mecha Industry is one of biggest sheet metal fabricating companies in South Korea. We start our business as a precision sheet metal fabricator in 1991, but now we manage both manufacturing field " Precision" and " Metal structure".
"Precision" metal fabrication : part and cover of semi-conduct machine, industrial machinery, coffee roaster, kiosk etc.
"Metal Structure" fabrication : part and cover of ladder, tower, jig & fixture, gear box, transformer, duct, house, steel glass wall etc.
HANDLING MATERIAL : Plate, round bar, pipe, H-beam made of stainless steel, aluminium, steel
From order receipt to shipment process
For Korean domestic and overseas clients, we manage all process from order receipt ( direct deal with manufacturer ) to shipment. Specially manufacturing process ; laser cutting, bending, deburring, tapping, lathing, milling, welding, short-blasting, assembling, packing are all done in our factory, by our technical skills. Reducing out-sourcing process is our prior issue when making an offer to clients.
We are located in the center of SIHWA industrial complex, mostly occupied by small and mid-sized companies that could be our partners giving us a competitive and effective ways as a manufacturing and exporting infrastructure. Only coating, plating, material supplying, metal buffing, forwarding service, we have a out-sourced contract with them. All about metal fabricating is ours.
